| We have a wealth of experience in our sector. Our trading history spans over 12 years and our key management have over eight years experience in our field. Our senior professional management team also have considerable teaching experience in this area. All this culminates in a smooth running, professional company.
We are also members of the Construction Industry Training Board. Our registration number is 2581257. We currently employ three teams of men. To ensure our employees are up to date with the latest developments within our industry, every year we invest in self development training programmes provided by the Construction Industry Training Board, NTO (National Training organisation).
We place great emphasis on health and safety. Our aim is to provide a modern, safe working environment. All our staff work with the latest equipment and are regularly briefed on health and safety developments by our full time health and safety officer. |
As a company, we believe steady expansion is imperative. Each new acquisition has been carefully planned and thus, we have avoided the `too much too soon` philosophy of other failed businesses.
We also have a strong in-house youth training scheme, have recently employed three young trainees and work closely with national training associations including the Construction Apprentice Scheme.
